We want your experience with Herzawg to be as smooth as possible. Still, we know questions come up, so here’s everything you need to know in one place.
Where is my order?
You can find full details about shipping and handling on our Shipping page, and you can track your order using the tracking link we send after it ships. Customers are not responsible for any customs or tax charges. We’ll cover those costs so you never get surprised.
What is my tracking number?
Tracking becomes available 4–6 days after your order has been placed. If it has been 7 days and you haven’t received your tracking details, please reach out to us at herzawg@proton.me and we’ll make sure you get them.
My item arrived damaged
Every order is packed with care, but in rare cases, items can get damaged in transit. If this happens, we’ll take care of you right away. Please send us:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the damaged item
Once we receive this, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
How do I get my invoice or receipt?
All payments are processed through secure third-party applications such as Stripe and PayPal. Herzawg does not store your payment details. If you need a receipt for your order, just email us at herzawg@proton.me and our team will create one for you.
